How to Set Up the Google Calendar Widget in BaseTab

Never miss a meeting again. The Google Calendar widget shows your upcoming events directly on your new tab page, so you always know what's next on your schedule.

1Open the Widget Menu

Open a new tab and click the "+" button in your BaseTab workspace to open the Add Widget dialog.

2Select the Google Calendar Widget

Find the Google Calendar widget in the list or use the search bar. Click on it to add it to your workspace.

3Grant Calendar Permissions

You'll be asked to grant permission for BaseTab to read your calendar events. Click "Allow" to proceed — your data stays private and is only displayed locally.

4Connect Your Google Account

Sign in with the Google account that has the calendars you want to display. The widget will sync your upcoming events automatically.

5Customize the Display

Resize the widget to show more or fewer events. The widget displays your agenda view with event times, titles, and color-coded calendars.

Your Schedule, Always Visible

With the Google Calendar widget on your new tab, you'll start every browsing session with a clear view of your day. Pair it with the Gmail widget for the ultimate productivity setup.
